In the process of implementing toy based pedagogy several toys are created. How can you use all the created toys effectively post classroom sessions?

    precious stones,tools and so on.

  8. I shall preserve all the created toys in school Geography Laboratory. I shall use glass almirahs for preventing the toys from dust and moisture. During the major school events like Children Day, I shall organize an exhibition of toys with titles and brief write up about each toy.

  15. Toys can be reused post classroom sessions in various ways. eg: soft toys can be used every year as a comfort item for KG students. They can be used as an object to talk about (communication skills) .They could be used as a prop for functions. Creating doll houses can teach aboout rooms in a house or shapes or any other concepts . These can be reused or new models can be recreated using child's imagination.

  58. we can collect all the toys and group them into categories and display them to whole school. we may provide different toys to students and ask them to create a story using these toys as characters.
    we can give some toys and ask students to explain scientific concepts by using that toy. for example if we give a bullock cart ( which is prepared for social studies activity) students may explain about friction, balanced force , unbalanced force. muscular energy of the bulls changing into mechanical energy of the cart. due to friction matter vibrates and generates sound waves. size of the wheels and pressure on the ground.
    we can have an annual display or term wise display of the toys used in that academic year/term. students recall the topics learnt using those toys.

  59. Toys can be kept in the library just like books for all the students to use. A Toy exhibition can be arranged to explain the concepts that can be taught through them. Toys can be used as teaching aids in different subject in the school.

  64. In mathematics class blackboard , ICT tools and Hands on Experience are important tool to teach students. Activities such as making integer board, drawing angles of multiples of 15, developing rules of algebra using matchsticks etc can help the students.

    While teaching Harappan civilization
    Activities like
    Jewellery making, pot making,
    Toy making by themselves help students to understand the the earliest civilization in a much better way.
    They become aware of how different culture and tradition was followed as compared to today's world also they are aware of the origin.

  68. I observed Toy based teaching methods as very impactful and engaging.
    My students are actively participating and showing enthusiasm in my class.
    They make several objects with clay, model making and also helps in preparing teaching aids.
