Learning gaps from elementary education. Many of the students at the secondary level lag behind on elementary-level competencies. High stakes associated with board examinations. Teacher availability and competency. Poor IT infrastructure. Absence of life skills training.
Vocational courses has not introduced properly.. Smart classes are not establish fully .. In such crucial time..when we are going to take on line classes,due to network problem,many of students are not getting it.. Lack of resources at them Most important thing is social media... The students who have smart phone ,they waist their most of the time in social media not in innovative ideas

My School is a government school and the students belonging to the whole block are admitted. The students belonging to heterogeneous group. Some are very poor, first generation learner, coming from distance places and from different socioeconomic backgrounds.

Understanding the domestic background of the student is essential to teach a student...which is generally missing in the teaching-learning process now a days ...Teacher and student are busy with their immediate individual targets.

One of the most important challenge we face in the secondary level students is that the traditional view of the need of our teenage students. Challenges: The 4th activity was very challenging as the students are today impacted by quick solutions and resolutions and do not wish to practice patience.
