I shall take my team of students on a study tour to a nearby historical monument, There I shall divide the team into small groups and assign them different tasks of collecting information about the monument including pictures of that monument. After the task is completed, I shall ask the group leaders to compile the information gathered by each team and prepare a study report about the monument. On returning to school, I shall ask the team to clip the photos that they have collected on the school display board for others to learn,

Best outcome can be a field research of collecting information and sharing by dividing class into groups and leader of the group collecting information from team members and then sharing in together.Field can be any historical monument or place of the area or city they belong to.Outdoor Activities do play important role in development.

  9. Now a days the most common challenges faced from last one and half year is lacking of one to one interaction between teacher & student. Due to online classes even after the reopening of Schools students are not coming regularly. Therefore still teachers are neither unable to share many real life examples, nor teachers can motivate them.

  30. The first step towards leadership is "acceptance". For every student, it is mandatory to accept the system, accept their potential and accept the need to adapt to the changing circumstances. There is a remarkable difference is the perspective of what the teachers require and what the students can provide. Only when we are able to effectively balance this situation, there will be complete learning process.

  31. Make the group of six students in the class. Give the problem, and ask the view from all groups. Each group will collect idea from different members of the group.thus the proper leader will come out. Natural leader will come forward himself if he will not get opportunity then he will be in opposition. Thus we can identify the leader.

Once they work in groups, the natural leaders will come up. By giving them opportunities to create new things, express innovative ideas about trending needs and situations( non assessment activities to boost overall development), assigning them rotational duties and the most important is treating students with respect as i strongly believe that the way a teacher treats her students paves way for their behavior as adults in future. for example: I make sure not scold any of my students in front of whole class, ensuring positive/ constructive words while we interact, respecting their privacy and non singing the marks in the whole classroom even if they have not cleared it.
    I encourage my students to explore their natural gifts and nurture them, so we have a zero slot periodically where we display our talents including the teacher.

  48. I will first motivate all the teachers to work as a team and I will call it TEAM myschool_secondary.
    1. This team will be in continuous interaction with the students to get their views on innovations and changes needed in their school so that they will be proud to say that they are in that school.
    2. This team of teachers will create students as proud PROs of their school. When this happens the students will do their best to achieve 100% result, best ranks etc because we have created a feeling of belonging and attachment towards this school They will also function as ambassadors and representatives of their school long after they have completed studies.
    3. The alumni of the school should always feel welcome in their alma mater. They are the brand ambassadors of the school.
    4. Any disciplinary matter also will be brought to the notice of the students teams and they will try to see what will win-win for all involved.
