Course - 10 Activity 1: Share Your Ideas
Considering your classroom practices, state three ways in which you conduct several assessment practices? Are these practices planned, designed and implemented by yourself or are these structured at different levels and assigned to you by the school authorities or board of education? Suppose you want to change these existing assessment strategies then suggest an alternative way you plan and implement on your own and it is not directed from the higher authorities.

DeleteArranging eco friendly club, our Constitution club, were students would be trained to maintain cleanliness, plant saplings, understand the do's and don't s in school and society also spread the same awareness in the school and society. Marks would be awarded for the same.

ReplyDeleteUnder Samagra Siksha, in order to promote cultural integrity, I shall organise Inter-House cultural competitions which would include drama, solo dance, group dance and mime show. To promote the sense of environmental protection, I shall take the class of volunteered students to nearby sea beach and organise a beach cleaning programme. I would organise a street play on environmental pollution in the public place.
ReplyDeleteUnder Samagra Shiksha in order to promote cultural integrity I will organise for inter house competition which will have dance,music, painting,debate, role play on the topic. Most important all students who will participate will be appreciated to enhance their knowledge, and encourage them to develop their skills like confidence,self esteem etc.

*Providing a platform for Inter School cultural events to promote the rich traditional culture of India.
*Initiating Physical activities for all teaching staff by devoting one period every Friday for fitness and health.
As facilitators, we should promote our our students to participate in activities like skits, role plays, dramas, Inter-House competitions etc. We should also make them aware about the issues that surround us, through case based studies.

ReplyDeleteWe conduct annual program under our initiative "15 books campaign", enactment of any one story students have read that year Grade wise. It is a culture integrated activity where students get an opportunity to roleplay their favorite story book.

ReplyDeleteStory telling and a skit presentation on a particular culture of India and it's people can be very helpful to understand the environmental issues and students should be encouraged to resolve such issues and thus, we may get an innovative and sustainable solutions for such issues.

For Cultural Integrity , Cultural programes, theme based can be organized.

Can promote cultural integration by conducting different festival celebrations in the school. Also can conduct inter-school competitions to promote communal harmony.
