  44. Every school; with the emergence of a new situation in the wake of worldwide Pandemic; has made an effort to engage students through a combination of blended, online, and offline learning whenever and wherever it is necessary. But a wide chasm developed between the parents and the school. Since the beginning, our school has made an effort to maintain a connection with the parents as well by holding frequent ptms via video calling. It literally helped them maintain their emotional stability and inspired their kids to do the same. After this situation has ended our efforts to connect with the Parents has grown more stronger than ever to partner in the student learning experience. We have tried to make our "classrooms happier", by introducing "Experiential Learning" and took up the best practices such as 'micro teaching sessions' for the teachers. The teachers adapted to new vistas in the learning material through connecting with the latest technology. Regular teacher trainings have improved the teaching methodology and pedagogy in our school. Digitalization of all learning materials so as to enable our student's smooth learning has given our school an edge over our competitors.
