Engaging in physical activities has mixed effect on the body and mind. over- indulgence in these activities leads to fatigue. balanced and scientific performance of fitness activities helps in toning our body, keeping ourselves and happy throughout the day and we can keep our body free from health related complications. During my post-Covid-19 vaccination related complications, daily meditation and breathing exercises helped me in improving my oxygen level in my body and my family members too prevented themselves from complications. I could overcome the risk of life.
